בקצה האי המערבי, Chania, שם ביקרנו בשוק ובמפרץ, ובחזור עברנו באגם נסתר בהרים, ובקצה האי המזרחי Agios Nikolaos, כולל הפלגה לאי המצורעים, ספינלונגה. הכבישים בכרתים דו או תלת מסלולים, וכשרוצים לאפשר לרכב מאחור לעקוף נהוג לרדת לשולי הכביש.
